Service/Sales Representative - South FloridaSeeking a Permanent Full Time Employee to:Perform chemical water analysis on recirculating Cooling Towers, Boilers and Closed Loop A/C and heating systems. Make adjustments to chemical feed systems to establish correct treatment program parameters for the customer. Re-fill chemical drums, re-prime chemical pumps, re-tube chemical pumps and repair minor equipment problems as necessary. Service will be performed on an existing route of established customers, on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on our customer’s requirements. Sales and Solicitation for new customers and business is also indicative to the job. Beginning Salary will be determined upon review of education and experience. Previous Water Treatment Experience and College Education a definite plus. Sales Experience is also helpful. Salary Increases and Sales Incentives will be given after periodic reviews. Applicant must have a clean driving record, and a valid Florida Drivers License. A mandatory drug test will be required. All references and work history will be thoroughly checked and reviewed by our Company prior to hiring. Our Workweek consists of a minimum of 40 hours, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Lunch is from noon - 1:00 pm (unpaid). However, this is a salaried position, additional hours may be required from time to time to complete work schedules, call backs, inspections, etc. The Employee will report everyday to an office located in Pompano Beach, FL to obtain all chemicals, equipment, and paperwork required that day. Company will supply a service vehicle and pay all associated operational expenses, i.e. Gas, oil, tires, and scheduled maintenance etc. The employee will be required to submit his itinerary, mileage reports and service reports monthly to the Company. The terms of employment are as follows: 30 days probation. If employee passes the first probation period, he will be placed on additional 60 days probation. After a total of 90 days, a determination will be made by the company to decide if applicant will become a permanent employee. After permanent status is achieved, employee will be entitled to all Company Benefits listed below: A Non-Compete Agreement and and Working Agreement will be required upon initial hire date and after permanent employment status has been achieved.
